The 1st June, Pablo Alvarez, CAMI PhD received the 1st price of PhD thesis 2020 category “research” attributed by Société Française de Génie Biologique et Médical.
He’s rewarded for his thesis defended in November 2020 on the subject : “Lung deformation estimation using a hybrid image-base/ biomechanics-based approach for the localization of pulmonary nodules during video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery” supervised by Jean-Louis Dillenseger (Laboratoire Traitement du Signal et de l’Image (LTSI), / INSERM) et Yohan Payan et Matthieu Chabanas (TIMC Lab)
